• Auto-Payment is required, billed monthly dependent on sign up date.

• Membership fees are not prorated based on your start date.

* Free earrings must be chosen and picked up each month, cannot be stacked or combined over multiple months.

• Membership can be canceled or paused at any time, however, it must be done before the next billing period to be honored.

• Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded, using the same guidelines noted for cancellations. For membership upgrades, you will still be required a 3-month minimum from time of upgrade to access the upgraded membership’s full benefits. 

• Memberships are not eligible for return, exchange, credit or cash refund. This includes annual membership fees that have been pre-paid. 

• Memberships may not be shared or transferred. Personal and VIP discount codes are for personal member use only. Any orders created in person, online, or otherwise using a code of another member will be canceled.

• While The Blushery's normal "return policy" still applies, all members receive an extended "exchange" period of 14 days from the original purchase date.

• All alcoholic beverage benefits apply to in store members only. Must be 21 to access drink benefits. Memberships will not be discounted for members under 21. 

• A 3 month initial membership is required for all memberships. Access to top member benefits in the "Gold" and "Platinum" levels will not be unlocked until the conclusion of your third month. Top tier benefits include event bookings and hair and makeup styling.

• All bookings for event space, reservations, hair and makeup styling, or any additional services will be based on availability at the time of your request. The Blushery will make every effort to accommodate all requests, but priority will be made in the order booking requests are received, and availability of hair and makeup stylists. 

• All members must be "active" at the time of the benefit's use to be eligible. This includes but is not limited to all discounts, events, styling, personal bookings, reservations, gratis materials, and any other elements as detailed in the membership tiers.

• The Blushery reserves the right to cancel your membership, at any time and without refunding membership fees, if a member is in violation of the terms as stated and agreed to by enrolling into the VIP program.
